The instance of having Tourettes and Retard Airborne AIDS simultaneously.
Subsection: Raids, the less deadly form of the disease, is transmittable through human speech. The symptoms include an itchy rash and multiple spelling and grammar errors. Also people who say "Nucular" instead of the correct pronunciation of "Nuclear" are carriers of the disease and must be quarantined and dissected and also people who make ridiculous run-on sentences...shit.
Touraids is different from RAIDS in one specific way. Touraids sufferers will blurt out their stupididty no matter who is around at the tops of their lungs
