What is Tourettionist?

Some people are primarily impossibleto work with. If he or she was exhibiting these qualities, they are a tourettionist. They induce tics, grunts, utterances, interjections, and obscenities in people through their own behaviors.

Working with that tourettionist wench is a true challenge... I can't hold it together long enough to get out of the room without voicing my disgust.
