An unfortunate combination of Tourette's Syndrome and Dyslexia. Sufferers are involuntarily compelled to utter streams of gibberish and seemingly disconnected words, frequently at inopportune times.

Crowie suffers from Tourettsia. He's always spouting off gibberish for no good reason.
