a person who comes from another country and dresses and acts in a manner that they presume to be 'cool' when it is anything but, they have an accent and usually wear tight clothing
example:touro could be a lebanese male who comes from lebanon and wears close that are soo tight they look about 4 sizes to small they usually wear tight jeans that have been faded on the ass area, this combo is usally acompanied by creamy coloured boots and a really cheesy smile
