Manifests similar to Tourette’s Syndrome which causes involuntary body movements and vocal outbursts, Tourtits is more specifically manifest in men who try to make it seem like they are talking to a woman, but whose eyes continually shift back to her tits. Many men are not aware that they suffer from the condition until the woman being spoken to draws it to his attention.
