Or touts for plural. These are assholes who buy hot selling music tickets (mainly festivals like Glastonbury, Reading/Leeds carling weekend and V fest), that sell out within a few hours, and then sell them on for an extortionate amount on ebay, sometimes making up to £300 profit off the real fans. You may think that touts are just normal people trying to make a bit of money on the side but they're not, between them they can buy up to thousands of tickets meaning that thousands of fans who actually want to see the bands have to pay twice as much than what the ticket is actually work. Touts are pure scum.
touts sunk to an all time low when they tried to sell live 8 tickets for about £1000 + each.
