Too popular to care. An expression used when someone believes they are Too cool and of a higher social status to be involved in the problems of another. The coolperson believes they have more important issues to deal with.

When a person from science club goes up to the head cheerleader ans says "Would you like to come to the science rally?", the cheerleader would respond with "TPTC"
