A person who is both trailor and ghetto fabulous. Usually represented by caucasians who perpetrate a thuggish exterior, but who act in a white-trash manor. A product of the MTV/BET generation.
Billy-bob dresses so "ghetto" but acts so "trailor."
His ride sports dubs but he's blasting the "Back in Black" down the street.
