What is Transmetro?

Combines Transsexual, or someone who changes their sex permanently; and metrosexual, meaning a straight guy who dresses well, cares about hygeine and usually gets confused for a gay guy a lot. So transmetrosexual probably means a guy turns from a stereotypical straight guy to a well-groomed metrosexual guy.
