1. A single woman, typically between the ages of 28-36, so obsessed with the concept of "seeing the world", that she is doomed to an eternity of singleness. The only male she will consider as a mate is one who is wealthy enough to pay for her lackadaisical lifestyle of "little work and all play", regardless of his ability to accompany her, or not, on her travels. They have an inability to correlate their relationship status with a lack of geographic stability. Typically these are women who were an only child, and/or were spoiled by their parents. They are very self-centered, and cannot conceive of finding a mate that is "stable" or "settled" until they reach their late-30s and their biological clock overrides their self-centeredness.
2. A single woman, typically between the ages of 28-36, so obsessed with the concept of "seeing the world", that she is doomed to an eternity of singleness. They generally lack foresight, and will only seriously consider a male as a mate while she is in the same geographic vicinity. As soon as they feel the need to travel again, assuming the "stable" male has a real job and cannot accompany her, a suitable excuse is manufactured, and the male is cast off, to be replaced by yet another trip abroad.
Stable Guy #1: "Did you hear about Steve?"
Stable Guy #2: "No, what happened? Is he okay?"
Stable Guy #1: "No, his Asian girlfriend turned out to be a travelwhore, and she left him, literally, for France. He was about to propose to her too..."
