An over worked, underpaid call center staff member who has slowly had their soul sucked dry by the monotony of answering call after call day in and day out. The typical TRC RAT suffers much abuse; ranging from the micromanagement of their superiors, total incompetence of their clients, to conceited uber-babble of some co-workers.
