Trift

What is Trift?

1.

a trift describes a certain situation in which two or more parties engage in an unfavorable activity which leads to an argument or mass conflict. The word itself is a composite of the words tiff and rift, ergo 'trift'. As the origin suggests it envelopes the action of a tiff and result of a rift.

"Turns out the geebs had a mega trift the other day, apparently one took offense to having to disclose his nickname."
