When your woman comes over (usually drunk) and has you perform cunnilingus during that time of the month, usually in conjunction with some other malady of the female genital region. From Canadian slang, referring to drive by teen-age pranksters throwing plastic bags of cow entrails at pedestrians.
"Dude, Wendy totally tripe bagged me last night. Aunt flo was over, AND her cranberry juice intake was high to treat her raging UTI. It sucked, but I love her."
"Dude, that's gross, you are so whipped."
