When you get a Double Cheeseburger™ and a McChicken Sandwich™ from McDonald's™ and combine them. You get a plain McChicken™, throw away the bun, and then stick that morsel of chicken between the two patties in a Double Cheeseburger™. It's even better if you let it sit in the fridge for a while, and then re-heat it, maybe even add some pepper. It'll shorten your life, but damn is it tasty.
