What is Trommypetrol?

A deli sandwich made with hot pastrami, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Sometimes referred to as a Ruben or Pastrami Special.
I couldn't decide between the meatball parm or the grilled chicken, so I said the hell with it and ordered the trommypetrol.
