What is Troncy?

Used to define a person who's excessively rude, has a tendency to grab people of the opposite sex quite brashly with no regard for the other person's feelings. Can also be extremely foul mouthed, has a tendency to make BAD gay jokes while attempting to sound uber cool.

Dude. Did you see the way he grabbed Tina? Man, he sure pulled a troncy!
