What is Trophy Mom?

A trophy wife with children. Often seen in restaurants, lunching mid week with equally primped progeny. Clearly without full-time employment, stunningly quaffed, manicured, probably waxed, well financed and in all ways expensively groomed, dressed and physically toned to a degree that indicates little engagement with active parenting -- suggesting nanny involvement and cesarian. Often seen pushing outrageously expensive European strollers from Pottery Barn into Starbucks.
