What is Truth Pigeons?

A truth pigeon - is just a pigeon.
Pigeons make you annoyed or angry, when people are angry or annoyed they tend to blurt out something which holds the truth as they are frustrated.
Therefore when pigeons are around this is what happens, but it is only the annoying cooing pigeons that have this affect, so therefore instead of calling it an 'annoying cooing pigeon' it is now, the TRUTH PIGEON!
No i didn't mean for it to come out like that, it's just that there was some truth pigeons right by my side and it just came out.
