What is Truthlie?

When somebody that once cared about you lies to you, but tells you the truth in some moments of honesty but are usually covered by jokes, sarcasm or playfulness.
The person being lied to knows they are being lied but cant be 100% sure.
Kevin: you spend so much time with john. why?
Jackie: He is my friend, its not like were making out when your not around(sarcasm).
