A word used in place to when you dont want to add anything else to a conversation. Can be used to end a conversation abruptly and to disregard a posed quesion. *Pronouced - (see-ba-boo-eh)*

My irratated partner was telling me how i was doing the procedure wrong. She then asked me how i felt about it? I replied to her abruptly "Tsi-Bah-Bweh!"
