-A sound made by Cesar Milan (aka the dog whisperer).
-A title of a South Park Episode (Season 10) featuring a parody of the show The Dog Whisperer.
-A way of calling another person...majority Filipinos
- As Cesar Milan teaches the dog to walk, the dog decides to bark at a passer by. Cesar then mildly hits the dog to the neck with his hand and says "TSST!"
- (used the same as above, but instead of the dog... it was Cartman)
- A guy sees his old friend passing by. "TSSST HOY!! long time no see hah!"
