What is Tubercular Death Flu?

Any illness which displays the conditions of both a sinus infection and the flu, but stops short of nausea. May involve fever and retardation of brain function. Usually lasts 1-7 days, with the first two being the worst.
The best possible treatment is Zpak or the CyQuil, referenced below.
Anyone who survives should be commended.
Friend: OMG, what happened to you this weekend? I texted you and called you, but you didn't answer. And you look like you've lost some weight.
Me: I had the Tubercular Death Flu that's been going around and couldn't get out of bed. My friend had to come over with Theraflu and Quils.
