What is Tubercular Death Flu?

Any illness which displays the conditions of both a sinus infection and the flu, but stops short of nausea. May involve fever and retardation of brain function. Usually lasts 1-7 days, with the first two being the worst.
The best possible treatment is Zpak or the CyQuil, referenced below.
Anyone who survives should be commended.
