What is Tupac?

The definitive rapper, and in my opinion the definitive hero. Tupac's was one of the most beautiful souls ever to grace this planet. Everything he touched was art, he practically made the genre of gangsta rap, was a true genius and an extremely good man at heart. Complicated as he was, he fought and rapped for what he believed in and with an unsurpassed level of emotion. He's an icon and a legend to the growing society of African- Americans and anybody else who looks up to him. His legacy will unsurpassed by any before and afer him and no matter what the hell any of you think, and no matter what the hell happens Tupac will always THE hero and role model for me.

Tupac got his name from the Inca's I think and Tupac Amaru means "Shining Serpent." He was a badass rapper but too many dumbasses just say "yo tupac is tight yo fa sho hes alive" Tupac is my favorite rapper because his words were poetry, and his words are a way of life. Just listen to one of his songs, and if you can't truly FEEL it, then just give up and don't try and talk about him. He was meant to die, and he did, let him go. but let his words never die.

there are too much words to describe Tupac..but simply he was a genius of his time. who knows what he could have accomplished if he was still alive today.

The best rapper ever to live. Changed his name to Tupac Shakur. Anyone who has something to say about him needs to reconsider, because Tupac is a greater man than the person who hates him. Even if he isn't still alive, Tupac still remains as a prominent figure in the world of hip-hop today.

Name which originated from one of Peru's gratest warriors. He was tortured when each arm was tied to a horse and his two legs were tied to two other horses with the purpose of giving him a horrible death but he was so strong that he didn't die.
The very talented rapper Tupac Shakur got his name from this very strong warrior whose real name was Tupac Amaru. There is also a militia in Peru called MRTA (Movimiento Revolucionario Tupac Amaru) which were the ones that took over the Japanese embassy in Peru but were all killed by the swat team over there. R.I.P Tupac
Tupac Amaru was Peruvian.
Tupac Amaru Shakur got his name from Tupac Amaru the Peruvian warrior.
