What is Tuph?

Tough, but tougher. When you really want to put the emphasis on it, or want to add some cynicism to it depending on the context it is used in. See also tuff.
"That guy on the going down the track on the motorcycle flipping off the camera is tuph!" <tougher than tough>
"Dude, did you see that guy? His mullet, Cannibal Corpse tee, and high tops were tuph!" <cynicism>
