What is Turbo Slag?

The lag a man observes in his girlfriends walking when she sees a turbo charged vehicle (Eg: Lada Niva 1600 Turbo), as she is impressed with the car, which is far superior to her boyfriends shitbox (Eg: Mazda 2), and would like to run off with the driver. A play on the technical term "Turbo Lag" which refers to the time between the accelerator being used, and exhaust gasses creating boost through use of a turbine
