What is Turkey Lurking?

One who will screen phone calls from frieds, avoid people that he/she knows in public, or abandon previous plans without notice to participate in activities that should never be discussed with anyone. (ie. Hoggin', cheating, stealing, stalking)
"I tried to call Dave three times and he didn't answer the phone, you know he's turkey lurking tonight!"
