What is Turk-out?

1)To become fearful of your surroundings or present situation unreasonably. (Frequently drug induced).
2)To make bizarre decisions out of worry for the highly improbable.
It was clear from Timmy's inability to make eye contact and his irritability that he was in the midst of a turk-out (/had turked-out/ was turking-out).
