What is Turnaround Leader?

Main purpose of job:
To meet aircraft turnaround target times / Promote domination over all over ramp staff due to superiority.
Main tasks of the job:
To ensure a punctual turnaround is delivered for all operators in accordance with the authorised turnaround time i.e. 30 minutes
To oversee all airside service providers and ensure that all aspects of the turnaround are constituted according to the agreed turnaround plan.
Identify deficiencies in the turnaround procedure, determine their root cause, and implement improvements.
Be personally responsible for ramp turnaround performance.
