It is a small turtle in the northwest corner of Ct. It is known for it's unusually large ass, especially since the turtle itself is so small. Sort of an oxymoron.

Turtelina is therefore used to refer to small (usually white) girls with large asses.

"Wow that chic is such a turtelina, her bootyis bigger than Madea's!"

"Hey your girlfriend has it going on, she is all booty, what a turtelina!"
