What is Turtle Beetle?

A little beetle usually found in pools...beetle the size of a dollar coin with little fins that help it swim it can last under water about 2 hrs without submerging to get air also known as turtle cockroach they can get to be as big as super ball or little golf ball.
as i went to clean my pool i saw a little mini turtle beetle eating the moss that was lying on the bottom.
