1) A word that Israelis use to address each other.
Actually a brilliant word that has infinite definitions and meanings. The word can be used in almost any situation and still, it will always make sense.
2) A greeting in Hebrew, a way of telling one you really like him.
"Hey josh, you're one of my best friends, you're a true tusic indeed"
"Tusic! Whats'up!?"
Roei: "Tusic!"
Josh: "Yeah bro?"
