What is Tutsk?

Disapproval.
A combination of the words "tut" and "tsk" reserved for when neither of them are extreme enough but you don't want to go overboard and tell somebody to fuck off and die in a house fire.
"Barry and Samuel have been tutting and tsking on the fora all day long for no particular reason. It's really quite tiresome. I hope the moderators give them a firm tutsk to settle them both down!"
