What is Tuvstarr?

Tuvstarr is a Sanctuary where the followers of HeatoN^ pray and seek knowledge.
All followers of HeatoN^ visit the sanctuary on a regular basis. Most of them visit every day it's open, from Monday to Friday, between 8.30 to 15.30.
Guy1: Hey, have you heard about that creepy so called religion, Heatonism?
Guy2: Yeah, I once visited their sanctuary, Tuvstarr. It was like everybody was in a sort of trance, just sitting there infront of those damn monitors learning about Counter-Strike.
Guy1: Duuuuude!?
