A person who converts from a "human" mentality to a "dinosaur" mentality after extended periods of sleep deprivation. The Twackosaurus has its own mating call and squawk.

Jemerica became a twackosaurus after being up for 72 hours without sleep and began squawking "cooo ca choo" at her dog.
