A person who constantly has to tweak a project, make incessant changes, and is never satified. Someone who micromanages and cannot make a final desision.
A person you want to avoid.
God she's twanal, eleven times she has signed off on the color samples then called the next morning to say it might not be right. I wish she would stop tweaking the project and make up her mind!
