A person, or persons, who creepfriends, or strangers, Twitter profile in order to gain perspective into the person's life or just find someone to follow. If this is you then you are a Twitter-Creeper aka a Tweeper.

To Creep, is to secrectly and discretely view other people's profiles, blogs, etc without the person's knowledge.
