Tweet can mean:
A tweeter can be in reference to a street-salesman of small 'tweeting' devices, which produce a high-frequency sound by dint of expulsion of air though the device. These street-hawkers have been known to incite unprecedented levels of rage in the general populace and, for precisely this reason, the job has fallen out of favour amongst the working classes.
UK colloquialism- "You got tweets mate" or, more commonly, "You got f**king tweets mate," vernacular inclusive
