The group started on the 'Absolute Write Water Cooler' forum, in the Young Adult section. The TWFT group (known as Twifties) include teens writing books for teen readers, teens writing for adults and people who were recently teens writing for any audience. They have a blog, and are on their way to taking over the (literature) world!
