What is Twister Rule?

The twister rule is a rule that can be raised in any party game. That is if there are not an equal amount of guys and girls the game can not take place. Origin comes from the party gametwister. It should not be played if there is not an equal amount of guys or girls (unless it is a lesbian or gay party)
