What is Twitchy?

Someone who plays MMO's far too often and looses the ability to socialize in real life. Usually younger and living with their parents and playing 14+ hours a day. They can be spotted in game by there constant jumping around and overuse of emotes due to extremely high caffine or redbull intake.
