What is Twitter Rehab?

The act of attempting to decease yourself being a twitterholic (tweets more then 20 times per day). Usually fails.

Person 1: Hey, I see you haven't updated your twitter in the last five minutes."

Person 2: "Yeah, I know. I'm in twitter rehab."
