One who is overly anxious to connect with people on Twitter.

You should’ve seen Andrew at the party last night. As soon as he asked Sandie her name, he got all Twittertense about whether she would follow his tweets. He’s following, like, 5,000 people and only has about 10 followers. The dude needs to get out more.
