An award given to high school student actors in the northwestern states of the U.S.A. It's usually awarded by two Twocties for being awesome. The award is invisible and permeable by virtually anything.
Holy crap! Mr. Kenny just got a Twocto from the Twocties! I wish I was a high school student actor in the northwestern states of the U.S.A. who was really awesome so that I could get a Twocto!
