What is Tyronnelumitis?

A person who has a condition that goes to chat and message boards for the sole purpose of acting like an asshole.
Closely related to it's inbred cousin the internet troll, a person with this disease will come up with as many screennames as possible and try to appear intelligent.Upon further examination a person with tyronnelumitis is usually not very smart and can be found in the corner of the basement watching videos of beastiality and turkish bathhouses.
There are many people on internet message boards in my area who suffer from tyronnelumitis.
