What is Tyronol?

An illegal drug, specifically crack cocaine. The origin of this word is a portmanteau of the painkiller Tylenol and the name of Dave Chappelle's lovable crackhead, Tyrone Biggums. Not to be taken by anyone over a mental age of two.

"Damn, son, I feel like I got worms under my skin! Where's my dealer? I gotta refill my prescription of tyronol."
