A combination phrase where uber implies emphasis above all other pussies because uber is "the ultimate, above all, the best, top, something that nothing is better than."
in combination with "pussy" which in this case refers to "a person afraid to act or not up to the task because of fear."
Uber could also be used with any of the following 'uber pussy' synonyms.
Rob threw a punch at Mark but missed him and hit Chris in the face. Chris threatened Rob and then Mark booked it out of the house. Because Chris is such a harmless weakling, Mark, Rob and every guy in the house afraid of Chris are uber pussies.
Since big bad buff Scott who works out all of the time didn't take a stand against the uber pussies at all, he's an uber pussy too.
