What is Uhlytown?

A simpleton male who is obsessed with soccer, also has giant, blonde, unicorn hair that is sopped with hairspray/gel. This person says "just kidding" after every sentence. A uhlytown's face structure often consists of eyes that are set deep into the head. Uhlytowns also tend to wear the same Abercrombie/Hollister shirt every day, except in a different color with ripped up jeans and worn out pumas/nike shox. Uhlytowns can be VERY obnoxious.
