To intercept a hug. Named after this grammatically challenged "acting" principal in Kyle, Texas, who seriously tried to make a school rule banning hugs because he has issues with seeing people give hugs.

I was going to give you a hug before chemistry but I got Ulcaked by that hating teacher. Or - Don't Ulcak me just because nobody likes you!
