Someone who has yet to partake in any events of sexual, romantic, and/or scandalous nature by the time said person reaches their senior year in high school, at the time events as such should be expected to already have happened
Above and beyond terms such as
"Dude, Frederick looks at all of those girls and talks to them, but never gets with any one of them, and he easily could. I think he's an ultravirgin."
