The act of pointing at a person via an underarm swing. Widely percieved as the gayest form of pointing known to mankind.

Gary walked into the bar and saw Jamie. Excited at the the prospect of friends at the bar, Gary pointed in a manly fashion. Jamie leapt to his feet and began the act of underpointing. Gary left the bar.
